Letters and papers. Many of the letters are of a personal nature, but there are some comments on political affairs. There are letters from a niece of Webb in 1887 while she was living in a tea estate in the hill country of India which are descriptive of agriculture, education, tribulations of tea factory management, and Calcutta for the Jubilee, among other topics.
